This August was vacation month for myself and a few friends.
Each Monday (and a Friday here and there), we would find ourselves packing up our things and heading out to the lake to swim, fish and canoe. We dubbed it "Vacation", and every time we came home, it really felt like we were rolling in from a true vacation. Tired and worn out, sunburned and even smelly like fish, BUT we had all the joys that vacation brings.

These are the flowers that Mark "bought" me. It was all he could afford. I'm so lucky to have friends that love me!
