One month in.

It's been one month since this season of rest began. And I'm writing this so that I'll be reminded of all that has happened so far.

There has been the beach:

There has been new brothers:

And the nieces costume birthday parties:

And pumpkin carving:


Not to mention 8 books completed, lots of time with Jesus, painting my dining room, cooking delicious food, spending time with family and friends, enjoying fall with pumpkin spice lattes and lots of Friday Night Lights (great series).

Seasons of rest can be precious. And so far, this one has been top notch.
