Accordions and polka music abound.

Check out this video I took.  It's not super great (although Mom and Billy are ready hit the road as you can hear) but it's the little guy in the back ground you want to take note of.  Completely in his own world, if it doesn't make you giggle, I'm not sure you have a heart!
